At Shopiko Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

🔁 Return Policy (7 Days):
We offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for Return if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Product has a defect

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories should be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged by customer

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

💰 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be initiated

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • For prepaid orders → refund to original payment method

  • For COD orders → refund via bank transfer

🔄 Replacement Option:
You can also request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability).
